“Time’s Divider in Chief Article”

 “Time” and “Tide” waits for none.  Because, both of them means business.

In the latest report of “Time” magazine, it meant only business and nothing else. “Time” knew it very well that as on date nothing sells like “Modi” not even “Trump”. Hence, It took a prudent marketing decision to place Mr Narendra Modi on the front page with a sensational headline “India‘s Divider in Chief” written by an offshoot of Indo-Pak parents.

“Time” is fully aware that cover page with sensational tagline is itself more than enough for making the opposition of India to celebrate and ruling party to outrage. Both ways it is going to add to the market of “Time”.

However, when you go through the article, you will come to know that this article contains nothing more than a compilation of allegations and counter allegations hurled by BJP led NDA and Congress led Opposition on each other.

Let us analyze “Time’s Divider in Chief Article”.

When Rahul led opposition is all up in arms quoting the report published in “Time” magazine, they forgot to notice that the same report has ripped apart Nehru, Congress party and Mr Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka and associates. Here is the extract of the report:

1.       Indian Muslims were allowed to keep Shari'a based family law while Hindus were subject to the law of the land. Arcane practices such as the man's right to divorce a woman by repudiating her three times and paying a miniscule compensation-were allowed for Indian Muslims, while Hindus were bound by reformed family law and often found their places of worship taken over by the Indian state." -- Secular Congress??.

2.      "Nehru's political heirs, who ruled India for the great majority of those post independence years, established a feudal dynasty, while outwardly proclaiming democratic norms and principles. India under their rule was clubbish, anglicised and fearful of the rabble at the gates." --Democratic Congress??

3.      "The country had a long history of politically instigated sectarian riots, most notably the killing of at least 2733 Sikhs in the streets of Delhi after the 1984 assassination of Indira Gandhi." - Congress of Gandhian Values??

4.      The incumbent may win again - the opposition, led by Rahul Gandhi, an unteachable mediocrity and a descendant of Nehru, is in disarray" -- Strong Congress led by intelligent Rahul??

5.      "Modi has won- and may yet win again - but to what end? His brand of populism has certainly served as convincing critique of Indian Society, of which there could be no better symbol than the Congress party. They have little to offer other than the dynastic principle, yet another member of the Nehru-Gandhi family. India's oldest party has no more political imagination than to send Priyanka Gandhi -Rahul's sister-to join brother's side. It would be equivalent  of the Democrat's fielding Hillary Clinton again in 2020, with the added enticement of Chelsea as VP." - Politically bankrupt Congress

Last but not the least--

6.      "Modi is lucky to be blessed with so weak an opposition- a ragtag coalition of parties, led by the Congress, with no agenda other than to defeat him" 

I do not close the study half way. It is noteworthy for BJP led by Modi and NDA led by BJP to appreciate certain genuine concerns being raised by various quarters of Indian ecosystem and some of them have rightly found place in “Time” magazine report.

We as a civilized society need to invest heavily on strengthening our old age philosophy of “सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः” and ensure that every citizen of the society gets due respect and dignity. We have been failing on these account for so long but if you want to be the change, if you want to be known as different political material you cannot afford to keep caste and religion based differentiation for long and yet try to maintain political niche.

My appeal to India, stand united against all intellectual aggression, be self critic, improve where need to improve, but for god sake don’t celebrate any foreign effort of your degradation just because it may give you a bit of political mileage.

देशप्रेम के इस रोमांचक दौड़ में सबसे आगे और सबसे अभागे भी हैं, आपके धरती के सबसे बड़े लाल ...सलामी, प्रखर,प्रचंड एवं महा प्रपंची डॉक्टर कन्हैया कुमार. सुना है बचवा देश के बेगुसराय बार्डर पर देश बचाने की लड़ाई लड़ रहा है. अपने जिग्नेशों,अनिर्बानों और उम्र खालिदों को युद्ध के लिए तैयार करने के लिए दिए गए भाषण में जब वो बोल रहे थे, मेरे तो कान के आँखों से अविरल आंसू के धार बहने लगे. सेनापति जी कह रहे थे, “ आज लड़ाई पार्टी बचाने की नहीं हैं बल्कि देश के संविधान बचाने की है, लड़ाई लाल झंडा बचाने की नहीं है बल्कि तिरंगा झंडा बचाने की है, पार्टी आएगी जायेगी पर देश बचना चाहिए. ओह !इतना ओजस्वी और देशप्रेम से ओतप्रोत भाषण.

सच कहें बउआ  आप जे एन यु प्रांगण का याद दिला दिए. क्या फिजां था, क्या समां था क्या देशप्रेमियों का जमघट था.

‘बस रे बाऊ करेजा निकाल के कटोरा में रख दिए हो तुम “

एक बार तो  अफजलवो सोच रहा होगा कि कमिनागिरी का ये वाला पाठ तो हमने इसको सिखैवो नै किये थे.

असुर राज अपने गुरु शुक्राचार्य को अपने घर में पाकर भावुक हो गए. गुरु और शिष्य के लोमड़ मिलाप के दौरान हो रहे विधवा विलाप को देखकर पाताल लोक में उनके वंशजों का दुःख और कई गुना बढ़ गया होगा. असुरराज कह रहे थे, क्या कहें गुरुदेव बेगुसराय के घर घर में फ्रेम्ड सवाल पहले से हीं पहुंचा दिए गए हैं. जहाँ भी जाता हूँ सब मुझे देशद्रोही कह कर पुकारते हैं, टुकडे टुकडे गैंग कह कर दुत्कारते हैं. आप हीं बताइए ये भी कोई तरीका होता है चुनाव लड़ने का.

आइये कलियुगी कन्हैया के अन्दर झांक कर देंखें कि ये आखिर ऐसा है तो क्यूँ हैं?

हजारों दलितों के ऊपर अत्याचार होते रहे, कर्णाटक में दलित मजदूरों को बंधक बनाकर शारीरिक शोषण होता रहे, मध्यप्रदेश आदिवासी महिला को प्रताड़ित किया जाता रहे, आगरा में दलित को मार कर फेंक दिया जाए, इसको कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता बाद एक रोहित वेमुला कह दिया कि दलित प्रेम प्रदर्शन का सारा कोटा पूरा.

हिंदुस्तान में कई पत्रकारों कि हत्या हो गई, सिवान में बाहुबली सहाबुद्दीन के द्वारा पत्रकार राजदेव रंजन की दर्दनाक हत्या करावा दि गई, कोई बात नहीं, उसका चर्चा नहीं करेंगे बस गौरी लंकेश कि हत्या पर घडियाली आंसू बहा कर अपनी राजनितिक रोटी सेंकते रहेंगे.

मोहम्मद अयूब पंडित, एक पोलिस अधिकारी  जम्मू में मस्जिद के बाहर लिंच कर मार दिया गया, रेशमा को उसके घर में घुसकर इसके टुकडे प्रेमी गैंग के आतंकवादियों ने घर में चाय भी पिया और गोलियों से भून दिया, उसकी कोई चर्चा नहीं, कोई चिंता नहीं. बस अखलाक कि चर्चा करके अल्पसंख्यक प्रेमी बनने कि नौटंकी करते रहेंगे.

अरे तुमसे ज्यादा फ्रेम्ड तो कोई हो नहीं सकता कन्हैया. लेकिन याद रखना ये जे एन यु नहीं बेगुसराय है,

यहाँ के छौडन भींगाता है, तब धोता है और आखिर में सूखाता भी है.

I shot into national limelight in February 2016 when, as president of Jawaharlal Nehru University Students’ Union, I was arrested and charged with sedition. it is time tested formula of becoming favorites of leftist forces, you can also try if you wish.

A video clearly showing me shouting slogans demanding “azadi”turned out to be real and the same was validated by national forensic lab. Almost three years later, a chargesheet was finally filed against me in January.

Report of Indian Express on March 3,2016 on my interim bail order states,

TAKING a strict view against alleged “anti-national slogans” raised on the campus of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) on February 9, the Delhi High Court today granted six-month interim bail to JNUSU president Kanhaiya Kumar with the condition that he give an undertaking that he would not “actively or passively” participate in such an activity again.

The bench of Justice Pratibha Rani, in its order, held that “the thoughts reflected in the slogans raised by some of the students of JNU who organised and participated in that programme cannot be claimed to be protected as fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression”, and that the court would 

“consider this as a kind of infection which needs to be controlled/cured before it becomes an epidemic”.

“Whenever some infection is spread in a limb,” 

the court said, 

“effort is made to cure the same by giving antibiotics orally and if that does not work, by following second line of treatment. Sometimes it may require surgical intervention also. However, if the infection results in infecting the limb to the extent that it becomes gangrene, amputation is the only treatment.” unquote (.)

Events unfolded in ways that I didn’t realise when I became a “detrimental politician”.

I am an academic by training. But we live in a society where me and people like me nurture and promote violence around us in various manifestations,  be it literal, mental or systemic to name a few- terrorism, naxalism, intellectual terrorism (which shamelessly promotes Goddess Durga as prostitue), urban naxalism and so on. 

So more than anything else, I am also an anti social activist.

I see it as my social responsibility to be part of an "Alter(ior)-motive politics". 

                          Yes you heard it right, "Alter (ior)-motive politics"

A politics that stands up and fights against nation and its citizens by nurturing, promoting, and spreading naxalism, anti national sentiments, terrorism and so on so forth.

A politics that dreams of an India that rises in support of every element what divides us, and deride and demotivate what unites us.

A politics that dreams of a society that truly values only and only leftist thinking, marxist values, and have no place for Vedic Knowledge and their supporters. you may safely call my philosophy of nation is anti sanatana philosophy.

A politics that dreams of a democracy strong enough like erstwhile USSR and present China and  not just to undo the progress of the past five years, but to spoil the opportunities of the coming 20.

That is why we fight. And this, is my story.

The story of who I am is not special. I was like most people around me. In school, I gave polio drops. In college, I worked at a coaching class. In Delhi, as I studied for Union Public Service Commission exams, I took up a job. My brother worked as a guard in Assam, and sent me money for UPSC coaching classes 

but I failed his all efforts by joining anti national elements, 

abusing our country and defence forces, deriding our gods and goddesses.

Finance Minister Asad Umar, in a joint session of the parliament, has said that the entire Pakistani parliament stands united unlike its Indian counterpart.


"Military leadership’s job is to protect and defend the country. But political leadership’s responsibility is to ensure that such a situation does not emerge in the first place. I am proud that in the past 72 hours, Pakistani political leadership has displayed exemplary unity, whereas Indian politicians are divided. We do not see any divide among Pakistanis." — Asad Umar

Senator Sherry Rehman, in a joint session of the parliament, has called out India for being the aggressor in the ongoing armed conflict with Pakistan.


"India has been the aggressor in this entire episode. They started it. Twenty-one parties in India have said that Modi is instigating a war for his personal political gains. We must notice this and appreciate them [Indian parties]. They have seen that no F-16 was shot down. We did not violate their borders, they committed an act of war." — Sherry Rehman

PPP co-chairperson Asif Ali Zardari says that Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi should attend the OIC meeting but adds that he would accept the parliament's wishes on the matter.

"I am a democratic man and if the house thinks that foreign minister should not attend then I can’t say anything. But disengagement is not a solution. The foreign minister should attend the OIC meeting. Pakistan should be represented there.

"Our population is emotional, we are emotional and we think with emotions. Wars are fought against nations. If it comes to that we are ready for war. But that should be the last resort. Soft diplomacy is the need of the hour.

"Secularism" is the most talked about topic in the independent India. It is more so today, when India is ruled by BJP (Bhartiya Janta Party) and its ally (NDA) led by Shri Narendra Modi as PM. Congress leaves no effort to brand current government and its leading political party BJP as a Hindu Party, anti Muslim or communal party (both words have become synonymous). 

To appreciate the facts linked to perception based branding of any political organisation as secular or non secular, I will take you to pre-independence era of India. India was inching towards independence from English dominion and "Two nation" theory was gaining strength. The patron of " Two nation" theory Md. Ali Jinnah was not at all in mood to accept independence as one nation on certain notions which he categorically mentioned in his write ups to British government in order to justify his demand. He said:

1.  Muslim India will never accept any method of framing the constitution of India by means of  one constitution making body for all India in which mussulmans will be in hopeless minority.

2.  Nor will they agree to any united India constitution, federal or otherwise, with one centre, in which, again they will be in hopeless minority, and will be at the mercy of perennial Hindu majority domination.

3.   Further, any attempt to set up a provisional government at the centre, which would be in any way prejudice or militate against the Pakistan demand, will not be acceptable to us, as the thin end of the wedge, as it is sought by Hindu India under the term of the Provisional "National" Government of India.

4.   If the labour government wishes to prove its bonafides to give freedom to the peoples of this sub continent, they must face realities and facts as they are. First, the Hindus and the Mussulmans are two major nations living in this sub-continent, and there are Muslim Provinces and Hindu Provinces, and it is the high time that the British government apply their mind definitely to the division of India and the establishment of Pakistan and Hindustan , which means freedom for both, whereas an united India means slavery for mussulmans and complete domination of the imperialistic caste Hinduraj throughout this sub-continent, and this is what the Hindu Congress (http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/cab127-1361.jpg) seeks to attain by constant threats to all and sundry...

If we just go by the highlighted portion of above statements made by Md. Ali Jinnah, he had brandished the then Political Party in the helm of the affairs as "Hindu congress" and in no mincing words linked the INC with word like "Hindu Majority domination", "Hindu India". In view of the above fact, can INC claim to be secular party, if yes, why BJP should be called communal?

If one has to make up their mind about secular credential of INC ( Indian National Congress) after going through the letter and its annexure written by Md. Ali Jinnah to then British government, what will be your opinion on the subject. Kindly comment in comment box.

12.                       Pradhanmantri  Suraksha beema Yojna- This is a life insurance scheme with age limit of 18 to 70 years and here the annual premium is Rs.12 per year. It covers accidental death and full disability of Rs.2, 00, 00 and Rs.1, 00,000 for partial disability.

Initial deposit of Rs.1000 and thereafter any amount in multiple of Rs.100 can be deposited to maximum of 1.5lakhs.

21.                       Indradhanush- Immunize all children against seven vaccine preventable diseases namely diphtheria, whooping cough (Pertussis), tetanus, polio, tuberculosis, measles and hepatitis B

22.                       PM Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana- the Members of Parliament who are made responsible for developing the socio-economic and physical infrastructure of at least three villages by 2019 and total eight villages by 2024. The goal of this scheme is to create 6,433 model villages (Adarsh Grams) by 2024.

23.                       Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana- The aim of DDUGJY is to provide continuous power supply to rural India. Under this scheme government plans to invest Rs 75,600 crore for rural electrification.

24.                       "Ayushman Bharat": Health for all flagship scheme

25.                       Promotion of Digital and cashless India

26.                       Atal Pension Yojna- This is targeted at unorganized sector workers with age limit of 18 to 40 years. Depending on the contribution, pension will start at the age of 60 years. Government will contribute 50% of total contribution or Rs.1000 whichever is lower.The beneficiary will get guaranteed pension of Rs.1000 to Rs.5000 per month.

27.                       Udaan Project: Udaan, is the Special Industry Initiative (SII) for J&K state. This scheme is to provide skills and enhance employability of 40,000 youth over a period of five years in key high growth sector

32.                       Mahatma Gandhi Pravasi Suraksha Yojana: MGPSY is a special social security scheme for the overseas Indian workers in possession of Emigration Check Required (ECR) passports. It is a voluntary scheme which includes Pension and Life Insurance and designed to help workers to meet their three financial needs: saving for retirement, saving for their return and resettlement, and providing free life insurance offering coverage for death from natural causes.

33.                       AMRUT: This stands for Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Development. The focus of AMRUT scheme is on water supply, sewerage facilities and management, storm water drains to reduce flooding, strengthening of public transport facilities and creating public amenities like parks and recreation clubs etc.

34.                       HRIDAY Yojana: HRIDAY stands for National Heritage City Development and Augmentation. The focus of this scheme is holistic development of heritage cities in the country. The Scheme is being implemented in 12 identified cities namely; Ajmer, Amaravati, Amritsar, Badami, Dwarka, Gaya, Kanchipuram, Mathura, Puri, Varanasi, Velankanni and Warangal. With a total outlay of Rs.500 crores, the scheme has to be completed within the duration of 27 months i.e. in March 2017.
