Is Gandhi family the real Samrat of Samrat cycle factory Amethi?

"Kanhi Khushi Kanhi gam" was witnessed in Amethi on 23.01.2019. Farmers of Shahgarh, Amethi staged a demonstration against Shri Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday, prior to his arrival to Amethi. 

It was surprising for we, the common man that why farmers are staging demonstration against the farmer friendly family. After a little research on the subject, it is discovered that it is similar to mini #National_Herald case. 

It has so happened that Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (UPSIDC)  had acquired land from farmers and leased to  M/S Samrat Cycle Factory in 1986 for 90 years on a condition that farmers whose land has been acquired will get a job in the factory. Cycle factory started and some of the farmers got employment as well. 

Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (UPSIDC) officials said the 65-acre land leased to Samrat Bicycles was "illegally" transferred on the company's name.

It is said that the company got the lease converted to ownership. it is further said that a letter has been written to the District Magistrate seeking correction in the record and the land should be returned to UPSIDC.

"The 65-acre land was leased on the name of Samrat Bicycles Limited. Later, the company got the land registered in its name in the Revenue department, which is illegal. The land should not be in the name of the company as it was given to it on a lease for 90 years," As per UPSIDC officals statement.

Meanwhile,  former Amethi District Magistrate Jagat Raj said, "I have investigated the case and there has been fraud. Because this land is 204 acre and in 1984 UPSIDC had acquired the land. UPSIDC then leased the land for 90 years to Samrat Bicycle Ltd.

"When any land is leased no name is registered. But for some reason, the land was registered in Samrat Bicycle's name and that was wrong.

M/S Samrat Cycle Factory was closed in 1988-89 and all farmers lost their employment. Subsequent to closure of the company, It is said by agencies that the land and asset of M/S Samrat Cycle factory were auctioned to Rajiv Gandhi Mahila Vikas Pariyojna (Trust) (Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust). The Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust paid Rs.  20.10 crores for the land along with Rs. 1 crore 50 thousands as stamp duty.So it appears to be yet another game of acquiring land of farmer through indirect route, which requires investigation.

Once the land and asset of M/S Samrat Cycle Factory were acquired by RGMVP (Trust), affected farmers once again became hopeful about starting of the cycle factory and thus regaining their employment. But since then almost 3 decades have been passed but nothing has progressed. Farmers of the area are becoming restless and hence made it a point to express their anger prior to arrival of their beloved MP Shri Rahul Gandhi.

With a  hope that their pain will be noticed and if not "Samrat Cycle Factory" at least "Prince Cycle Factory" will see the light of the day, I wish farmers good luck.

"धर्मनिरपेक्षता" शायद "सेक्स" शब्द के बाद दूसरा शब्द है जो हिंदुस्तान में बोलचाल में सबसे ज्यादा प्रयोग होता है. कभी कभार तो ऐसा माहौल बन जाता है जैसे कि देश में प्रजातंत्र खतरे में है और अगर इसे नहीं बचाया गया तो यहाँ भी फासीवाद लागू हो जाएगा.

हालाँकि, थोड़े से अध्ययन के पश्चात जो मुझे समझ में आया वो मैं तथ्य के साथ रखने कि कोशिश कर रहा हूँ. धर्मनिरपेक्षता कि जब भी बात आती है तो हमारे समझ में एक हीं बात आती है कि अल्पसंख्यकों के  धार्मिक आजादी पर आघात हो रहा है. फिर अल्पसंख्यकों
कि बात आती है तो बात सामान्य तौर पर मुस्लिम समाज से जुड़ कर रह जाती है. जब कि सच यह है कि हिन्दू हिंदुस्तान के ६ राज्यों में अल्पसंख्यक हैं और सिख, इसाई, जैन, बुद्ध और पारसी तो लगभग हर राज्य में अल्पसंख्यक हैं. तो फिर ऐसी क्या बात है कि अल्पसंख्यक और मुसलमान समानार्थी हो गए हैं, धर्मनिरपेक्षता सिर्फ इन्हीं दो धर्मों के बीच उलझ कर रह गया है?

अगर हम इस तरह के चर्चाओं /घटनाओं का विश्लेष्ण करें तो एक बात स्पष्ट समझ में आने लगती है कि इस तरह के चर्चा गरम होने का वक्त भी निश्चित होता है और स्थान भी.  और इसका  सीधा सम्बन्ध राजनीति से होता है ना कि धर्मनिरपेक्षता से.

इसे समझने के लिए सर्वप्रथम हमें हिंदुस्तान के जनसँख्या वितरण को समझना होगा. आइये देखें हमारे देश में विभिन्न धर्मों का राज्यवार  जनसँख्या वितरण कैसा  है?

अब अगर धार्मिक विवादों का भौगोलिक विश्लेषण करेंगे तो पायेंगे कि उन राज्यों में जहाँ मोटा मोटी मुस्लिम जनसँख्या १०% या उससे ऊपर हैं (अर्थात जहाँ राजनितिक समीकरण में फेरबदल करने कि उनकी क्षमता है ) वहां ऐसे मुद्दे ज्यादा उठते हैं. तो क्या बाकी राज्यों में धर्मनिरपेक्षता कि समस्या नहीं है या  फिर यह मुद्दा राजनीतिक बिसात में फिट नहीं बैठता है?

सच तो यही है कि राजनीतिक दल अपनी रोटी सेंकने के लिए मासूम जनता को धार्मिक आधार पर बांटने कि कोशिश करती है और इसमें काम आते हैं वो एजेंट जो विभिन्न धार्मिक समुदाय के करीबी होने का दावा ठोंकते हैं. ऐसे एजेंटों को उनके ताकत अनुसार विधायक या सांसद का पद मिल जाता है, नहीं तो पार्षद या किसी समिति का अध्यक्ष तो बन ही जाते हैं. मरती है वो जनता तो इनके कुत्सित जाल में फंस जाती है. 

दंगे फसाद जब भी होते हैं, उसमे मरते कौन हैं? उसमे वो लोग मरते हैं जो अपने आपको सामान्य शहरी मानते हैं. चाहे वो इस धर्म के हों या उस धर्म के. कुछ असामाजिक तत्त्व क़ानून को अपने हाथ में इसलिए लेने में सफल हो जाते हैं क्यूंकि हम उन्हें रोकने में अपनी भूमिका नहीं निभाते. हम सामान्य शहरी घटनाओं को मूर्तरूप लेने देते हैं और फिर अपने द्वारा खोदे गए कब्र में खुद दफ़न हो जाते हैं या अपने हीं लगाये गए आग में भस्मीभूत हो जाते हैं. 

वक्त के चाल को समझें और अपने आपको राजनितिक शिकार होने से बचाएं. नाम कोई भी ले लें इन्हें न तो हिन्दू धर्म की रक्षा से लेना है न मुस्लिम धर्म की रक्षा से. जरुरत है कि अगर कोई हिन्दू उठकर यह कहे कि मुसलमानों का सफाया करके हीं हिन्दू धर्मं कि रक्षा हो सकती है तो उसका विरोध करना चाहिए और अगर कोई मुसलमान  यह कहे कि १५ मिनट में हम हिन्दुओं का सफाया कर देंगे तो उसका भी विरोध करना चाहिए. 

सरकारें आएँगी जायेंगी, राजनीतिक समीकरण बदलता रहेगा लेकिन देश हर हाल में चलते रहना चाहिए.

An Open Letter to Nasiruddin shah

माननीय नसीरुद्दीन साहेब,

जय हिन्द,

डर, वो डर जो आज आपको लग रहा है, ऐसा नहीं है कि सिर्फ आपको लग रहा है, ऐसा भी नहीं कि सिर्फ आज हीं लग रहा है.

डर तो सदियों  से हीं कायरों का आभूषण रहा है. जरा याद कीजिए  सिकंदर के भारत आक्रमण को. जो शान से उस आतंक के सामने खड़ा रहा था वह राजा पोरस थे और आज भी हम उन्हें शान से याद करते हैं. जो डर गए उन्हें कौन अपने दिल में जगह देता है आज. हार या जीत अलग विषय है, मुद्दा तो ये है कि हम किसके साथ और किसके खिलाफ खड़े थे.

याद मुगलों के आक्रमण को भी करिए, ना जाने कितने लोग गाजर मुली कि तरह काट दिए गए, कितने लोग उस आंधी के सामने हिमालय कि तरह अड़े रहे, कितने लोग डर के कारण उनकी सरपरस्ती स्वीकार कर उनके गुलाम हो गए. जो अड़े रहे उन्हें घास कि रोटियां खानी पड़ी, बच्चों को भूख प्यास से तड़पते देखना पड़ा, उन्हें अपने बच्चों को दीवारों में जिन्दा दफ़न होते देखना पड़ा, लेकिन आज हम उन  महाराणा और गुरु गोविन्द सिंह जी के याद मात्र से विश्वास और जोश से भर जाते हैं. और जो डर गए थे उनकी जगह इतिहास के काले  पन्नों में कहाँ दफ़न हो गए जिसका कोई अता पता भी नहीं है.

याद अंग्रेजों के आक्रमण को भी करिए, जब हिन्दुस्तानियों को जानवरों से भी बदतर समझा जाता था, विरोध के हर स्वर को कुचल दिया जाता था. उस डर के माहौल में मंगल पाण्डेय, लक्ष्मी बाई, भगत सिंह, चन्द्रशेखर आजाद, खुदी राम बोस. रामप्रसाद बिस्मिल, गाँधी जी, लाल - बाल- पाल जैसे महान देशभक्तों ने अपने बच्चे अपने परिवार के लिए डर नहीं रहे थे बल्कि देश की आजादी के लिए  कुर्बानियां दे रहे थे. आज हम उन्हें सर माथे पे बिठाते हैं, इसलिए नहीं कि वो आपकी तरह डर का बेमौसम ढोल बजा रहे थे बल्कि इसलिए कि डर को हटाने के लिए कुर्बानियां दी थी.

भागलपुर दंगे, आपातकाल, ८४ के सिखों का नरसंहार, गोधरा काण्ड, २००२ के दंगे, मुंबई बम ब्लास्ट, संसद पर हमला, सिपाही औरंगजेब कि हत्या, पुलिस अधिकारी मोहम्मद अयूब पंडित की मस्जिद के बाहर मोब लिंचिंग, निर्भया काण्ड, मुंबई में फूटपाथ पर सो रहे कई लोगों की गाड़ी से कुचल कर हत्या, हाल ही में कर्नाटक में उजागर हुए ५२ दलितों एवं आदिवासियों के ऊपर निर्मम अत्याचार एवं यौन शोषण का मामला को भी याद कीजिए.

देश में दंगे, हत्या, बलात्कार, शोषण होता रहा है और शायद होता भी रहेगा यदि हम इन घृणित अपराधों को  दलीय, जातीय, क्षेत्रीय, और धार्मिक चश्मों से देखना बंद नहीं करते और इन दंगाइयों, आतंकियों के बचाव में खड़े होना बंद नहीं करेंगे. लेकिन आप तो इनके बचाव में अदालत तक पहुँच जाते हैं और फिर कहते हैं कि हमें डर लगता है. आप डर की खेती करेंगे और सुरक्षा कि फसल काटना चाहेंगे तो कैसे होगा नसिर साहेब.

आप तो मुंबई के पौश इलाके में सुरक्षित रहते हैं, आपके एक बयां से देश में राजीनीतिक भूचाल आ जाता है तब तो आपको इतना डर लगता है. जरा उनकी सोचिये जिनकी चीख और चिल्लाहट ट्रेन के बंद डिब्बे में जलकर खाक हो गई थी, उनकी सोचिये जिन परिवारों को अलग अलग सालों में अलग अलग समुदायों के द्वारा घर के अन्दर जला दिया गया था, जरा सोचिये उन ५२ दलितों एवं आदिवासियों के बारे में जिन्हें पिछले तीन सालों से गुलामों के तरह काम लिया जा रहा था, मेहनताने के रूप में एक जुन कि रोटी नसीब नहीं थी, ऊपर से  महिलायों का यौन शोषण किया जा रहा था. क्या हाल होता होगा उन मासूम बेटियों का जब हंटर वाले अंकल रात को दरवाजे के अन्दर घुसते होंगे.

लेकिन आपको मुद्दों से क्या लेना, आप तो डर की खेती कर राजनितिक मंडियों में बेचनेवालों में से हैं.  आप एक जिम्मेदार नागरिक बनिए खुद व खुद देश सुरक्षित लगने लगेगा और कहीं खतरा आया तो हम मिल जुल कर निबट लेंगे. अपने बच्चों के लिए कब तक लगे रहेंगे, आइये उन बच्चों के लिए सोचें, बोलें , करें ; जो असहाय हैं, गरीब हैं, भूखे हैं, अशिक्षित हैं.

हम भारत के लोग, भारत को विश्वगुरु बनाने की शपथ लेते हैं और संकल्प लेते हैं कि २१वीं सदी के संविधान के निम्नलिखित अनुदेशों का पालन करेंगे :

१.  हम ईश्वर को सर्वव्यापी, न्यायकारी मानकर उसके अनुशासन को अपने जीवन में उतारेंगे.

२.  शरीर को भगवान का मंदिर समझकर आत्म-संयम (self restraint) करेंगे और नियमितता (regularity) द्वारा आरोग्य (health) की रक्षा करेंगे.

३.  मन को कुविचारों और दुर्भावनाओं से बचाये रखने के लिए स्वाध्याय एवं सत्संग की व्यवस्था रखे रहेंगे.

४.  इन्द्रिय-संयम, अर्थ संयम, समय-संयम और विचार-संयम का सतत अभ्यास करेंगे.

५.  अपने आपको समाज का एक अभिन्न अंग मानेंगे और सबके हित में अपना हित समझेंगे.

६.  मर्यादाओं को पालेंगे, वर्जनाओं से बचेंगे, नागरिक कर्तव्यों का पालन करेंगे और समाजनिष्ठ बने रहेंगे.

७.  समझदारी, इमानदारी,जिम्मेदारी और बहादुरी को जीवन का एक अविच्छिन अंग मानेगें.

८.  चारों ओर मधुरता, स्वच्छता, सादगी, एवं सज्जनता का वातावरण उत्पन्न करेंगे.

९.  अनीति से प्राप्त सफलता की अपेक्षा नीति पर चलते हुए असफलता को शिरोधार्य करेंगे.

१०.       मनुष्य के मूल्यांकन की कसौटी उसकी सफलताओं, योग्यताओं एवं विभूतियों को नहीं, उसके सद्विचारों और सत्कर्मों को मानेंगे.

११.       नर-नारी परस्पर पवित्र दृष्टि बनाए रखेंगे.

१२.       संसार में सत्प्रवृतियो के पुण्य प्रसार के लिए अपने समय, प्रभाव, ज्ञान, पुरुषार्थ एवं धन का एक अंश नियमित रूप से लगाते रहेंगे.

१३.       परम्पराओं की तुलना में विवेक को महत्व देंगे.

१४.       सज्जनों को संगठित करने, अनीति से लोहा लेने और नवसृजन की गतिविधियों में पूरी रूचि लेंगे.

१५.       राष्ट्रीय एकता एवं समता के प्रति निष्ठावान रहेंगे. जाति, लिंग , भाषा , प्रान्त, संप्रदाय आदि के कारण परस्पर कोई भेदभाव नहीं बरतेंगे.

१६.       मनुष्य अपने भाग्य का निर्माता आप हैं, इस विश्वास के आधार पर हमारी मान्यता है की हम उत्कृष्ट बनेंगे और दूसरों को श्रेष्ठ बनायेंगे, तो युग अवश्य बदलेगा

१७.       हम बदलेंगे- युग बदलेगा,

हम सुधरेंगे- युग सुधरेगा, इस तथ्य पर हमारा पूर्ण विश्वास हैं.
